Validate Signature on Output Certificate 

Step 1: Right Click on the Validate Section Mentioned Below

Step 2: Click on "Validate Signature"

Step 3: Click on "Signature Properties" over the Popup Window

Step 4: Click on "Show Certificates"

Step 5: A Popup Window Will be Opened as Below and Click on "Trust" Menu

Step 6: Then Click On “Add Trusted Certificates” Button

Step 7: Click on "OK" Button

Step 8: Click on "OK" Button

Step 9: Click on "OK" Button

Step 10: Click on the "Validate Signature" Button then Click on "Close" Button

Step 11: Finally your Certificate Signature is validated(Green Tick Mark Enabled) as below.
