 Solution for 527 Error

[ Error Code "527" - Invalid "mc" code under Meta tag ]

Steps to resolve 527 Error Code:

1. First go to Control Panel ￫ System Date Time Setting and check whether current Date and Time are set properly

• Set current System Date and Time
• Set System Time Zone as UTC+05:30 Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi

2. If  Date and Time corrected, Restart the Computer and check. In many cases, your issue will be resolved in this step. If not, follow below steps.

3. Still error occurred, please update the key rotation.

4. Goto Program files ￫ Precision Biometric ￫ PBManagementClient

5. Click on ManualRegistration.exe file. Following screen will be displayed.

6. Click on "Key Rotation" and check whether Key Rotation Success message is displayed or not

7. Click on "Update" and check whether Update Success message is displayed or not

8. Restart the Computer and check

9. If still not resolved, contact your biometric device vendor technical team or support team
